NeuroLux

For enrolled families

The NeuroLux parent app

A private, on-your-terms view of what's happening with your child at the campus — without needing to call in or wait for a written report.

What you can see

Session highlights

After each session, you receive a brief, clear update about what your child worked on and how it went. Written by the therapist in plain language — no jargon.

Attendance

A record of attended and upcoming sessions, so you can track your child's schedule at a glance and never miss a booking detail.

Assessment summaries

When an informal assessment session is completed, the summary is available in the app as well as in print. You control who has access to it.

Messaging

A direct channel to your child's therapist and the NeuroLux team — for questions, scheduling, or anything that comes up between sessions.

Visibility, not surveillance

The app is designed to keep you informed, not to give the campus a window into your home or your child's private life. What you share through the app is yours. The campus can see messages you send and session notes that the therapist writes — nothing else.

Session summaries don't include real-time tracking, location data, or continuous monitoring. They're written updates from a human therapist, shared with you.

How to get access

Access to the parent app is set up when your child is enrolled at NeuroLux Campus. You receive an invitation to the app as part of the registration process. There's nothing to download or configure separately before your first visit.

If you have questions about the app before enrolling, mention it when you contact us.
