We are building our team of specialist therapists and support staff ahead of opening in August 2026. This page describes the roles that will make up the NeuroLux Campus team.

Roles at launch

A senior therapist

Senior therapist

Leads informal assessment sessions, oversees care planning, and holds clinical responsibility for the campus programme. Background in applied behaviour analysis or a related specialist discipline.

An occupational therapist

Occupational therapist

Supports children with daily living skills, fine motor coordination, and sensory processing. Leads OT sessions and contributes to sensory room programming.

A speech therapist

Speech therapist

Supports communication development — expressive language, receptive language, social communication, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) where appropriate.

Therapist support staff working together

Therapist support

Work alongside therapists in sessions, assist with group programs, and help maintain the structured routines that make sessions effective for children who rely on predictability.

A friendly member of reception and administration

Reception and administration

The first people families meet at the campus. Responsible for a calm, welcoming arrival experience, registration, scheduling, and supporting families between sessions.
