Frequently asked questions
Honest answers to the questions parents ask most often. If yours isn't here, contact us directly.
-
Do I need a referral to visit NeuroLux Campus?
No referral is needed. Any parent or guardian can contact us directly to ask about an informal assessment session or any of our services.
-
What is an informal assessment session?
It's an observational meeting with a senior therapist. It's not a formal diagnostic assessment. The therapist spends time with your child and gives you a printed summary of what they observed and what might help — something useful to take home regardless of next steps.
-
Will I receive a diagnosis?
Not from an informal assessment session. Formal diagnostic assessment, including ADOS, is a separate process and is listed as coming soon at our campus. We can discuss what a pathway to formal assessment looks like based on your situation.
-
What age range do you work with?
We'll share our age range once confirmed. Please contact us and we can give you a direct answer based on your child's situation.
-
How much does it cost?
We're not publishing fees on the site right now. Please contact us — we'll give you clear information without obligation.
-
Is the campus accessible?
Accessibility is central to how we've designed the space. Please contact us with any specific access needs so we can confirm what's in place.
-
What is the parent app?
The NeuroLux parent app is our companion app for families with a child enrolled at the campus. It gives you a private view of session highlights, attendance, and reports — at your convenience, without requiring you to call or visit to stay informed.
-
When does the campus open?
We're planning to open on August 15, 2026. Renovation is in progress. You're welcome to contact us now to ask questions or register your interest.
